Once a month, the numbers that matter if you're thinking about building or buying a new home: new construction only, straight from the MLS, county by county.
What's in each issue
- Homes for sale that are ready now or under construction, checked on the builder's own website. Floor plans and empty homesites are left out.
- Price cuts in the last 30 days, and how many homes sit below their first asking price.
- Homes under contract and homes sold, compared with last month and with the same month over the last five years.
- New-home sales by year for each county, sales so far this year and where the year is headed.
- Median sale prices for the last 3 and 12 months.
- A snapshot of the busiest school districts in each county.
Where it covers
St. Louis City and St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, Warren and Lincoln counties, each with its own summary.
When it arrives
