Nick has worked in real estate since 1989 and has been a Missouri real estate broker since 1998. From 1997 to 2006 he led sales and then operations for a homebuilder. He went on to build high-end custom homes with his own company and to lead development at a lake community. He founded Nickolas Dalba Real Estate in 2013 and is also a Broker Associate with The Gellman Team at eXp Realty. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
